The Problem 

One of the worlds largest non-profit organizations with tens of years of multilingual MIscans and handwritten, as well as poor quality digital documents had difficulties retrieving documents the old fashion way. Data was siloed and inaccessible so discovery was time consuming and unreliable. 

The Solution 

An AI Chatbot system was developed for centralized document retrieval and intelligent real-time search in both language Arabic and English. Developed in Python, Dialogflow, Google Document AI (OCR), and JavaScript, the product provides a facility for users making natural language searches through a massive set of documents, improving the accessibility and efficiency of the work.
