The Client is a front-runner in providing Web, Mobile and Enterprise Application development solutions. They used nonstandard billing processes and legacy applications to maintain a record. This Data was distributed across multiple departments that individually managed the updating of new information which gave rise to data inconsistency and potential errors.

We worked towards building a customized billing application for the organization which collaborated with all departments. This ensured the atomicity of the transaction and helped in defining workflows for billing customized to the organization’s needs.

A custom application opened the doors to integration with other inhouse and external tools. This expanded the reach and improved the functionality of the Invoicing Application.
